BOOKING FORM: The booking form must be completed and signed by the hirer
who is responsible for the booking.
DEPOSIT: The required deposit must be received before the reservation can
be confirmed.
BALANCE: Payment of balance must be received six weeks prior to commencement date of booking. Non-compliance with this condition will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
LATE BOOKING: A booking made by the Hirer on a date less than six weeks prior to commencement date of the booking must be accompanied by payment of the full rental charge before booking can be confirmed.
ENTITLEMENT: Only persons for whom a booking is made and whose names appear on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation. In the event of any unauthorised person being found in the accommodation, the booking for such accommodation may be terminated forthwith without refund.
NOT ACCEPTED: Bookings will not be accepted from Hirers under 21 years of age.
CANCELLATION: By Client - In the event of any confirmed booking being cancelled 6 weeks or less prior to commencement date of booking –the rental charge in full will be payable. If you give more than six weeks notice of cancellation, only the deposit is forfeited.
RIGHT TO DECLINE: The management has the right to decline a booking for any reason, even after receipt of the balance amount of the rental charge.
NO REFUND: A refund will not be made if the Hirer is requested to leave or leaves of his/her own accord before the expiration of his /her booking.
INVENTORY: On arrival, the Hirer is asked to check the inventory list provided
in the cottage and to notify manager immediately of any short comings. The
Hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable
care of it. A refundable key deposit will be requested. The Hirer also undertakes
to report and pay for any damage caused by the Hirer. The accommodation
will be checked by manager, prior to client’s departure. The management
reserves the right to make changes to the facilities and general terms and
conditions without notice.
